Schoony is a full-blooded Minnesotan. He joined Low Key to help us keep our tenors on pitch. When he's not singing, he enjoys playing soccer, decorating Christmas cookies, carving pumpkins, and playing French Horn.

Jason joined Low Key in the spring of 2023, singing bass. He grew up in Taylorville, Illinois, loving music and playing the saxophone in band. He plans to graduate with Bachelor's and Master's degrees in Biblical Counseling.

Ben is from Wausau, Wisconsin. He joined Low Key this semester as a tenor. Though not entirely sure what the Lord has for him beyond college, Ben hopes to go on to teach Humanities at the college level or go on to full time music ministry.

Jaren joined Low Key in 2022 as a bass. In his free time, he enjoys spending time with his fiancé, his family, watching tv shows and movies, and rooting for any Philadelphia sports team.

Matt joined Low Key in 2022 as a tenor. Before coming to Maranatha, he lived in Kansas and attended trade school. Now, he enjoys the fellowship with the men in Low Key and the Bible training from Maranatha.

Taylor joined Low Key this spring as a tenor. From the suburban jungles of central Ohio, he enjoys cycling, skateboarding, and being active. He also enjoys singing, working with kids and teens, and having a blast.

From Alabama, Kyle joined Low Key in 2022 as a bass. He enjoys normal college activities like drinking coffee, singing, and hanging out with friends.

From West Chester, PA, Joseph enjoys sports, games, books, and just hanging out with friends. He plans to graduate in the spring of 2024 and move back home to help in his local church.

Joe joined Low Key this year as a baritone and pianist. Born and raised in Olathe, Kansas and is the second oldest of six siblings. He loves playing piano, woodworking, and hanging out with friends and family.

Tim was born and raised in California, and joined Low Key this year as a tenor. After graduating, Tim hopes to work in a biochemical research lab and serve God with his musical gifts in his local church.

Joel is a full-blooded Pittsburgher. He loves his city and the food that it boasts. Joel joined Low Key this year as a baritone. This fall Joel will be working as a graduate assistant, while pursuing a Masters in Organizational Leadership. In the future, Joel believes that God has called him to be a composer and conductor.

Tyler joined Low Key in Spring 2018 and now serves as its leader. Tyler was born in Minnesota and spent his childhood “up north” in Wisconsin. As full-blooded Midwesterner, he often wears flannel shirts and a puff vest. Tyler's entire family loves music: his mother is the church pianist and choir director and his grandfather hums constantly. Because of this, Tyler quickly fell in love with music. Even as a child, Tyler made sure his whole family knew he was in the house from his singing at the top of his lungs.
